Delete your MATHION account

You can permanently delete your MATHION account and all data associated with it directly from the app. This also removes your saved questions and answers, your sign-in history, and your identity from our authentication system.

In the app

1. Open the MATHION app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. We send a one-time passcode (OTP) to your registered email address.
5. Enter the OTP in the app to confirm. The code expires after 5 minutes.
6. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, and you'll receive a final confirmation email. This cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Email support@mathionedu.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. For your security we will need to verify you are the account owner before deleting any data.
